West Preston-Lakeside has lost two big names ahead of its clash against Macleod, with Ash Bardon and Glenn Robertson both out injured.
The Kangaroos have also made two changes, replacing injured Matt Veszpremi and Matt Walter who is unavailable.
Ryan Jackson returns from suspension for Montmorency to take on Eltham. The Panthers have included Brad Perry while Ricky Jessop plays his first game since joining from Old Ivanhoe.
Epping has lost Matthew Garland for its clash against South Morang. The Lions will be bolstered by the return of Mathew Pow who replaces Travis Stevens.
