Throughout the 2015 season, Brad Emmett from NFL Media will chat with the captain from each NFL senior club.
The fourth edition of the series features Panton Hill captain Tyler Scarce.
Scarce joined the Redbacks from Greensborough in 2013 and had an immediate impact, named amongst the best players in the club’s drought-breaking grand final win over Watsonia.
He was promoted to co-captain with Will Box in 2014 as Panton Hill moved into Division 2 for the first time since 2009.
Scarce’s game elevated further with the added responsibility of captain and in just his third season of senior football he claimed the Division 2 best and fairest award – polling seven votes more than runners-up Les Adams and Shane Harvey.
Following Box’s retirement at the end of the 2014 home and away season, Scarce became the standalone captain of Panton Hill for 2015.
