The Eltham Football Club welcomes applicants from perspective coaches for the position of senior coach ahead of the 2023 season.
The Eltham Football Club has first class facilities and a proud and passionate following while the Eltham Junior Football Club is one of the largest and most successful in Victoria.
The successful senior coach will work closely with our dedicated committee members and volunteers to ensure success for our players, members and volunteers now and into the future.
The successful candidate would ideally need to demonstrate the following attributes:
• Level 2 or 3 AFL coaching accreditation
• Proven ability to lead and guide coaches
• Assist the club in identifying and recruiting new players and support staff
• Outstanding relationship building and communication skills
• Contribute to the growth of our junior program
