Senior Teams | May 26-28 | Northern Football Netball League

The selected teams are in for this week’s NFNL senior football matches.

Sam Lloyd will play his first game of the year for Bundoora in their trip to Ben Frilay Oval to face Hurstbridge.

Meanwhile Jaron Murphy and Blake Watson headline the inclusions for Whittlesea in their important clash with Banyule. The Bears have made three changes.

Macleod will be without some important names when they host Heidelberg, with Darcy Barden, Zachary Hudson and Reid Brandt all not selected for the Roos. The Tigers welcome back Benjamin Nikolovski but will miss Brody Tardio.

Greensborough ruck duo Nathan Howard and Jamie Smith are both ruled out for their side’s clash with North Heidelberg while Michael Ercolano and Marcus Lentini will be huge losses for West Preston-Lakeside and Montmorency respectively when they face off at J.E. Moore Park. However, the Roosters will bring back Ahmed Saad.

South Morang will make the trip to Northcote Park without leading goalkicker Joshua D’Intinosante or captain Mathew Robinson while Matthew Duckworth and Nicholas Parks have not been selected for Panton Hill’s battle with Thomastown.

Finnbar Maley will return to Eltham as they face Watsonia. The Panthers will miss Matthew Byron and Jackson Weatherald.

Both Kinglake and Laurimar make one change each for their huge top of the table clash at Kinglake Memorial Oval while Heidelberg West will be without Jordon Bulman or Louis Hill as they prepare to host Mernda.

Selected teams for the NFNL Women’s competition will be named in the lead-up to Sunday’s matches.
