THE SELECTED senior teams for this weekend’s matches.
Macleod captain Kane Shaw will make his first appearance for 2015 when his side travels to Warringal Park to take on fellow unbeaten side Heidelberg. Northcote Park recruit Ben Irving has been named for his first game for the Tigers.
Matthew Dennis has made a speedy return from injury and has been named for Bundoora’s home clash with West Preston-Lakeside. The Roosters regain Kirk Lang and Luke McKenna among five changes.
Greensborough will be without Nick Riddle for its match against Northcote Park. The Cougars have lost Tarkyn Lockyer to injury, however Jesse Bowe and Jordan Collopy will play their first game for their new club.
There are changes aplenty in Division 2, with Mernda and Whittlesea making five and four changes respectively ahead of their meeting at Mernda Recreation Reserve.
The Fitzroy Stars have also made five changes for their trip to Thomastown, with Malcolm Dow, Max Maynard, Jake McAuley and Damien Walker all set to miss.
Jeremy Bennett will play his first game for 2015 when Watsonia hosts Reservoir in Division 3.
Meantime, Wayne Pavitt plays his first game in South Morang in a number of years when the Lions take on Epping. Lachlan Buckley has also been named for the Lions.
