THE SELECTED senior teams for this weekend’s matches.
The biggest selection news comes from Hurstbridge, where Heidelberg legend and four-time premiership captain Blair Harvey has been selected for his first game for the Bridges.
Harvey joined the Division 2 club this week after a decorated career at Warringal Park. He’s joined in Hurstbridge’s team against Mernda by Jarrod Tilley and Chris Burton.
In Division 1, Nick Grabowski and Ben Shelton have both been named for Bundoora for their club’s trip to Eltham.
Macleod and Northcote Park have settled line-ups for their important clash at De Winton Park.
The second-placed Kangaroos have made one change, adding Michael Sayers, while the third-placed Cougars have named the same team which won comfortably at North Heidelberg last week.
Tim Atkins and Ricky Mullins have been named for Greensborough’s home game against neighbour Montmorency, while Chas Bromley and Justin Raiti have been selected for Lower Plenty’s match against Heidelberg.
David Folino and Chris Leo return for Thomastown, however Jacob Osei-Duro will miss the Division 2 ladder-leader’s home match against Diamond Creek, who will be without Hugh Kavanagh.
Meanwhile, a hamstring injury will keep Fitzroy Stars captain Djaran Whyman out of his club’s meeting with Lalor.
