2018 Meadows Greyhounds Division 1 Team of the Year – Squad

A 40-man squad has been announced ahead of the selection of the 2018 Meadows Greyhounds Division 1 Team of the Year.

The 2018 Teams of the Year are announced the Friday before each respective division’s grand final.

The Teams of the Year are selected by collating nominations from all senior coaches. Coaches MVP votes and umpire votes are also taken into consideration.

Minor premier Macleod has the most representatives in the Meadows Greyhounds Division 1 Team of the Year squad, with seven players selected.

North Heidelberg is next in line with six, while grand finalist West Preston-Lakeside, Bundoora and Heidelberg all have five players named in the squad.

All ten clubs have at least one player selected.

Ahead of the announcement of the 2018 Meadows Greyhounds Division 1 Team of the Year, the NFNL is pleased to announce the 40-man squad that the team will be selected from:
