23rd Player Rule – Round 12

FOR the third time this season, the 23rd Player Rule will be enacted in Division 1 this weekend.

All Division 1 clubs will be eligible to select 23 plays for their senior game. The 23rd player must be an under-19 player.

This rule will apply during four rounds throughout the year. It has already been used in round 4 and 8 this season, and will again be utilised this week and Round 16.

The 23rd player cannot be the same player in all four games. It must be a different player in each of the games.

Heidelberg – Will Knight
Lower Plenty – Oliver Parks
Macleod – Jake Walker
Montmorency – N/A
Northcote Park – Lachy Boscarini
West Preston-Lakeside – Nathan Andrews
Whittlesea – Carl Adams
