THIS weekend marks the second of four rounds where senior clubs can utilise the 23rd Player Rule.
All senior teams in action this weekend will be able to select 23 players for their Round 8 match.
The 23rd player must be an eligible under-19 player who has not played three or more senior games in 2015.
The 23rd player cannot be the same player in any of the four rounds throughout the year. It must be a different player in each of the nominated games.
This rule will apply during four rounds this year. They will be rounds 4, 8, 12 and 16.
