Sports trainers needed: South Morang FC

The South Morang Football Club requires the services of two sports trainers for the 2014 season.

The trainers would be required for the following teams:

– Under-19, Reserves and Senior Mens
– Senior Womens

The commitment will be 2-3 nights per week during pre-season (February and March) with three practice matches in March.

The home and away season will be two nights per week, plus game day (April – September).

Sports trainer duties include immediate injury management, player hydration, player education and taping both on game day and training nights.

Previous experience as a sports trainer would be an advantage.

We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable individuals with a keen interest in the sports science/medicine industry.

Applicants must possess a current Level 1 Sports Trainer accreditation and Level 2 First Aid accreditation, or be willing to obtain it throughout the season.

Remuneration will be negotiated.
