The Eltham Football Club is seeking applications for the positions of Development (Reserves) Coach and Under 19.5’s Coach for the 2024 season.
The Eltham Football Club (EFC) is affiliated with the NFNL, competing in the Division 1 Competition and located at Panther Place, Eltham.
The applicants must possess proven leadership skills, be well organized and able to work productively with the senior coaching team. All Senior coaches will be required to work closely together to benefit the EFC, our players, committee and members.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate:
– Minimum requirement is a level 1 coaching accreditation
– Strong Knowledge and experience in Australian rules football
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work as part of a team
– Excellent time management skills
– Contribute to the development of game plans and execution through training sessions
