Senior Teams | July 15 - July 17 | Northern Football Netball League

The selected teams for this week’s NFNL senior football matches are in.

In the first week of the Melbourne Greyhounds Division 1 split round, Bundoora will be bolstered with the return of Brent Marshall and Hamish Shepheard when they take on Macleod. The Roos welcome back Brad Leggett.

Heidelberg will miss Nathan Honey and Benjamin Nikolovski due to VFL duties when they travel to Hurstbridge while Benjamin McNiece will be an important inclusion for Northcote Park when they face West Preston-Lakeside.

In MC Labour Division 2, Eltham will welcome back some huge names when they host Panton Hill, with Michael Still, Bradyn Taglieri and Anton Woods all amongst the inclusion.

Thomastown coach Daniel Bramich will put on the boots for the Bears’ must win clash with Watsonia while Nicholas Dean returns for St Mary’s when they take on Epping.

Darcy Barden will be welcomed back ahead of Lower Plenty’s match with Diamond Creek while Reuben Blackmore-Moore, Ricky Dyson and Brent Stanton headline the inclusions for Banyule’s battle with the Fitzroy Stars.

South Morang will be without ruckman Nathan Stefanile in their Heidelberg Golf Club Division 3 top of the table clash with Laurimar. The Power made three changes with Grant Sampson a notable out.

Joshua Mazzarella will miss for Mernda in their huge match with Kilmore while Old Eltham Collegians will have a number of key inclusions for their game against Lalor.

Selected teams for the NFNL Women’s competition will be named in the lead-up to Sunday’s matches.
