Senior Teams | July 8-9 | Northern Football Netball League

The selected teams are in for this week’s NFNL senior football matches.

All senior men’s teams are permitted to select a 23rd Player for this weekend’s matches. The 23rd Player must be an under-19 eligible player and can’t have previously played more than two senior games.

Thomas Sullivan is back from suspension for Heidelberg’s top of the table clash with Montmorency. The Tigers will miss Brayden Sier while the Magpies bring in Billy Jenkin.

Banyule captain Devin McDonald returns as his side host Macleod. The Roos bring back Reid Brandt, Luke Joyce and Jack Lipscombe.

Mitchell Moschetti will be a huge out for Hurstbridge in their massive battle with North Heidelberg, the Bulldogs meanwhile are unchanged from their win over Bundoora last week.

The Bulls do bring in some big names for their trip to Whittlesea, with Jackson Bowne, Joel Fitzgerald and Ryan Sturgess all named.

Charlie Cleary and Damon Marcon are back for Panton Hill and Northcote Park respectively ahead of their battle at A.E. Cracknell Reserve.

South Morang have made seven changes for their clash with Epping. Premiership duo Trent Harvey and Samuel Hutton have been named but they will be without Mitchell Kalpakis, Ben Muscat and James Traianou.

While Jai Norman (Diamond Creek) and Bradyn Taglieri (Eltham) have been included in their respective sides this weekend.

Nicholas Milne headlines the in’s for Old Eltham Collegians when they take on the Fitzroy Stars. Lionel Proctor welcomes back Allan Norris and Corey Wanganeen to his side.

Nathan Andrews and Leigh Gilbert will miss this weekend for Laurimar and Kinglake respectively.

Selected teams for the NFNL Women’s competition will be named in the lead-up to Sunday’s matches.
