THE SELECTED senior teams for this weekend’s matches.
Second-placed Macleod looks set to field its strongest team for the season when it takes on West Preston-Lakeside.
Cathal Corr will play his first game of the year, while Jack Langford and Liam Brandt return from VFL duties.
The Roosters have lost Jacob Ramaekers and Matt Vincitorio for captain Shaun Gannon’s 100th game for the club.
Luke Stanton returns to Greensborough’s seniors for the Boro’s short trip to Lower Plenty. The reigning premier will be without Josh Griffiths.
Northcote Park has been strengthened by the inclusion of Tarkyn Lockyer and Ben McNiece for its match against Heidelberg. Ben Cosgriff will miss for the Tigers.
Meanwhile, Jesse Tardio will play his first game for North Heidelberg when the Bulldogs travel to Eltham.
In Division 2, Aron Burns makes his return from injury for Hurstbridge’s home clash with Fitzroy Stars. The Bridges will however be without playing-coach Michael Ryan.
Thomastown has made five changes following its first loss of the season a fortnight ago.
Jason Abela and Sashe Spiroski return for the Bears’ trip to Panton Hill. The Redbacks have included Ben Finnin, while former captain Will Box will make a surprise return after announcing his retirement at the end of the 2014 season.
Meanwhile, Jedd McQueen has been named for Diamond Creek’s match against Whittlesea.
