The selected teams are in for this week’s NFNL senior football matches.
All senior men’s teams in MC Labour Division 2 and Heidelberg Golf Club Division 3 are permitted to select a 23rd Player for this weekend’s matches. The 23rd Player must be an Under-19.5 eligible player and can’t have previously played more than two senior games.
Greensborough will include VFL duo Zac Hart and Joel Trudgeon for their massive Melbourne Greyhounds Division 1 clash with Hurstbridge. The Bridges are unchanged at this stage.
Speaking of VFL, Solomon McKay and Jonathan Tomasiello come into the Heidelberg side to take on West Preston-Lakeside.
Jackson Davies and Jack Maruff headline the inclusions for Bundoora as they host Banyule. The Bulls will be without Daniel Younan while Sam McLarty returns for the Bears.
Sam Binion and Ben Paterson will be some key names not to suit up for Montmorency when they make the trip to Macleod, while Kyle McDonald and Hamish Murphy are back for North Heidelberg as they look to return to the winners list against Eltham.
The huge unbeaten contest between Whittlesea and Diamond Creek has multiple big names both included and ruled out for both sides.
Paul Higgins and Blake Watson are back for the Eagles but Mitchell Andrews and captain Xavier Dimasi are unavailable. For the Creekers, Ryan Pingree, Tarwan Rennie and Mitch Tobin will all play while Danyon Kambouris will miss.
South Morang have added Joshua D’Intinosante from VFL duties when they do battle with Northcote Park, the Lions will miss Tyrone Leonardis and Kyle Wheatley.
St Mary’s will bring in a massive quartet of players in Joshua Carelli, Nicholas Dean, Rory Hanlon and Benjamin Young as they make the trip to Laurimar, meanwhile Jordan Sacco will miss for Lower Plenty as they host Watsonia.
Patrick Farrant is back from VFL duties for the Fitzroy Stars against an Ivanhoe side who have made eight changes.
Epping skipper Leigh Judd is set to return to the side for their must-win clash with Old Paradians and Hugh Kavanagh is back for Old Eltham Collegians as they take on Heidelberg West.
Mernda make one change with Matthew Golledge included in the side, while Zechariah Cuppens and James El Moussalli come back for Reservoir ahead of their trip to Kinglake.
