THE SELECTED senior teams for this weekend’s matches.
All sides in action are eligible to play a 23rd player in Round 8, with the additional player to be an under-19 who has played less than three senior matches in 2015.
Division 1 ladder-leader has named a settled side for its clash with Macleod. The Roos are bolstered by the inclusion of defenders Brad Leggett and Steve Kelly.
Bronik Davies and Ben McNiece have both been included for Northcote Park’s home match against an improving Bundoora. However, the Cougars will be without Will Debruin and Tarkyn Lockyer, who are both unavailable for selection.
Patrick Fitzgerald is among six inclusions for Montmorency ahead of a clash with North Heidelberg. The Bulldogs have lost Peter Burgoyne and Byron Pickett after the Port Adelaide premiership duo made a cameo appearance in last week’s close loss to West Preston-Lakeside.
Meanwhile, Eltham has suffered a blow ahead of its trip to Heidelberg with Billy Glasgow set to miss the top-five showdown, although Jamie Smith has been named for his first game for the Panthers.
In Division 2, Whittlesea has regained Cameron Conlon and Brett Hayes for its trip to Hurstbridge, while Hugh Kavanagh is among six inclusion for Diamond Creek for its clash with Mernda.
Suspended forward Jeremy Bennett will miss Watsonia’s match against Epping in Division 3, while Nick Johnston has been recalled for South Morang’s trip to St Mary’s.
