Treasurer required: Lower Plenty FC

LOWER PLENTY Football Club requires the services of a club treasurer for the 2014 football season.

If you have a book keeping or accountancy background and would like to get involved at community level with a young and exciting Northern Football League Division 1 club, we would be very interested in speaking with you.

From an administrative point of view, we are a very organised and well run club. Utilising various internal administrative procedures, combined with MYOB, our weekly / monthly accounting responsibilities are minimal and seamless.

The treasurer’s role includes the basics such as invoicing, suppliers payments, player payments, banking and an end of season profit and loss, etc.

This role is ideally suited to someone who would like to get involved with a friendly community based family club, has a few hours a week to spare and would like to put something back into the community.

If you have some time to spare or are a semi-retired or retired book keeper / accountant that would like an interest outside of the quite life, we encourage you to contact us.
