The Kilmore Junior Football Club is looking for an enthusiastic, committed & experienced coach for the club’s Under 17.5 side in 2024.
KJFC is committed to further developing our U17.5 players in their final season of Junior football and preparing them for the move onto Senior football.
Our continually growing club is looking for someone that will instill our club first culture, continue building relationships with players, families and sponsor’s.
With exciting new developments for the 2024 within the football department the successful candidate will have access to resources that will assist in developing and broadening their coaching.
They should possess leadership skills that enable their players to develop their skills, have high standards that reflect our emphasis on development of our players as people as well as footballers.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate:
• Minimum requirement is Level 1 coaching accreditation
• Ability to show strong knowledge and experience in the game
• Ability to develop and instil a cohesive game plan
• A high level of organisational leadership
• Ability to develop players
• Ability to work with other coaches, including assistants within the club
