Here are the 2013 Teams of the Year for the senior Division 1,2 and 3 competitions.

A number of new recruits to the league slotted straight into the Division 1 Team of the Year, with Mark Lynch, Jamie Allan, Ryan Willits and Alex Gleeson all named in the side.

Grand Finalists Bundoora and Montmorency each had four representatives in the side, while fellow top four sides Northcote Park and Heidelberg both had three players selected.

In Division 2, Fitzroy Stars and Whittlesea led the way with five players each selected in the team, with Stars coach Travis Hodgson named as coach of the Team of the Year.

North Heidelberg spearhead Shane Harvey got the nod at full forward, while the efforts of South Morang youngster Daniel Watson drew great praise from opposition coaches and won him a place on the interchange.

The Division 3 team consisted of six players from premiership-winner Panton Hill, with Dean Haydock also selected as coach.

Watsonia had five representatives and Thomastown four, while every team had at least one player selected.

The midfield is stacked with talented youngsters, with Lochie Dornauf, Nathan Hendry, Tyler Scarce and Michael Di Battista all featuring in the team.
