2018 ANZ NFNL Women’s Fixtures

The fixtures for the 2018 ANZ NFNL Women’s competitions have been released.

The 2018 senior women’s football competition will feature 21 teams playing across three divisions.

Seven teams will compete in each of the three divisions, with every team to play 12 matches and have two byes across the 14-round fixtures. Each division will have a top-five finals series.

The NFNL is thrilled to welcome a host of new clubs to the women’s competition this year.

Bundoora, Eltham, Greensborough, Mernda and St Mary’s will all field a women’s team for the first time. All five will compete in Division 3 in their debut season.

Keilor has also transferred into the NFNL after last year winning the Western Region and Essendon District Senior Women’s Football League premiership. The Blues will compete in Division 1 in their first season in the NFNL.

VU Western Spurs will field three teams – the most of any club in the competition. The Spurs will have a side compete in each of the three divisions.

The first ball of the 2018 ANZ NFNL Women’s season will be bounced on Sunday April 8.

Bye – Darebin
