The 2018 ANZ Women’s Teams of the Year have been announced.

The Northern Football Netball League congratulates all players selected in each of the ANZ Women’s Division 1-3 Teams of the Year.

The Teams of the Year areselected by collating nominations submitted from each of the division’s senior coaches. Coaches MVP votes and umpire votes are also taken into consideration.

The premiership coach has been selected as the coach for each team.

All clubs are represented in the ANZ Women’s Division 1 Team of the Year.

Bendigo and Keilor combine for more than half the team, with 13 players in the Team of the Year coming from this year’s grand finalists. VU Western Spurs has four players selected.

All seven clubs are also featured in the ANZ Women’s Division 2 Team of the Year, led by premiership winner West Preston-Lakeside who has five players selected, along with coach Brett Pollard.

La Trobe University also has five players in the team after a second-place finish on the ladder, while three players feature from grand finalist Montmorency and fellow top-four side VU Western Spurs.

After going through the season undefeated, Bundoora has seven players picked in the ANZ Women’s Division 3 Team of the Year – including filling all three places on the full forward line.
