The 2018 Heidelberg Golf Club Division 3 Team of the Year has been announced.
The Northern Football Netball League congratulates all players selected in the team.
The Team of the Year is selected by collating nominations submitted from each of the division’s senior coaches. Coaches MVP votes and umpire votes are also taken into consideration.
A squad of 40 players was announced on Monday, from which the Team of the Year has been selected from.
Grand finalists St Mary’s and Panton Hill have nine players selected in the team, while South Morang, Laurimar, Heidelberg West and Kilmore each have three representatives.
St Mary’s captain Dillan Ronalds and Heidelberg West ruckman Jarryd Coulson are the only two players from the 2017 Team of the Year to have earned selection again in 2018.
Panton Hill full back Mitchell Anderson is named in the side after featuring in the 2017 A Plus Labour Solutions Division 2 Team of the Year.
All players selected in the teams will receive a framed poster of the squad, which will be presented to their club later this month.
