The 2019 Heidelberg Golf Club Division 3 Team of the Year has been announced.

The Northern Football Netball League congratulates all players selected in the team.

The Team of the Year is selected by collating nominations submitted from each of the division’s senior coaches. Coaches MVP votes and umpire votes are also taken into consideration.

A squad of 40 players was announced on Monday, from which the Team of the Year has been selected.

Panton Hill has the most representatives in the 2019 Heidelberg Golf Club Division 3 Team of the Year, with six players from the first-placed Redbacks picked in the team.

Kilmore has five players selected after this year playing finals for the first time since 2002, while grand finalist South Morang and Laurimar each have four players named.

Eight players from the 2018 Heidelberg Golf Club Division 3 Team of the Year have again been selected.

They include Mitch Anderson, Rhys Boyden, Matthew Byron, Jarryd Coulson, Jaxson Kinnear, Brent Ryan, Mitchell Thompson and Jeremy Topham.

All players selected in the 2019 Heidelberg Golf Club Division 3 Team of the Year will receive a framed poster of the squad, which will be presented to their club later this month.
