2021 NFNL Season Roadmap – August 17 | Northern Football Netball League

All NFNL matches scheduled for the weekends of August 20-22 and August 27-29 will not proceed following the announcement that Melbourne’s lockdown will extend for a further two weeks.

Please continue below for an updated roadmap for each of the NFNL’s football and netball competitions should matches recommence on the weekend of September 3-5.

This update is a progression of the football and netball roadmaps that were published following the commencement of the current Melbourne lockdown.

As outlined in the roadmaps below, the home and away season has now concluded for all competitions, except the Section 1-6 netball competitions.

Times and venues for all finals matches will be announced in due course.

The NFNL is committed to playing a grand final in all competitions and will continue to explore alternative options if matches can’t be played on the dates listed on the roadmaps.

We ask for everyone to please be patient and flexible to ensure we complete the 2021 season.

Due to the evolving nature of COVID, the NFNL will continue to closely monitor the advice from the Victorian Government and relevant authorities.
