2025 NFNL Senior Women’s Fixtures

Published on Friday, March 14, 2025

The opening four rounds of the 2025 NFNL senior women’s competition have been confirmed.

The 2025 senior women’s football competition will feature a record breaking 28 teams playing across three divisions.

In the opening four games, eight teams will compete in both Heidelberg Golf Club Division 1 and Cleaning Melbourne Division 2 while eight teams will play in Division 3.

Following the conclusion of Round 4, the NFNL will confirm the fixtures for the remainder of the season and will make changes to divisions at their discretion.

The NFNL is delighted to welcome two new clubs into the women’s competition this year.

Kilmore and Macleod will field a women’s team for the first time, with both sides to compete in Division 3 in their debut season.

Eltham and Reservoir will also return to the senior women’s competition, having last had teams competing in 2023 and 2021 seasons respectively.

Darebin, Diamond Creek Women’s and Montmorency will all have two sides representing their clubs this year, meanwhile Mernda will be the only club that competed in the 2024 campaign to not fill a team this season.

The opening round of the season begins on Sunday, April 6.
