Robinson lands in Magpies’ nest

The Montmorency JFC are delighted to have Robinson on board to assist with the development of their young stars.

“Trevor has outstanding credentials and will be a tremendous asset to our club,” Montmorency junior president Peter Gray said in a statement.

Robinson is a fully accredited Level 1 coach and last season was a senior assistant under Phil Maylin at Bundoora.

He was named captain of Bundoora’s Team of the Century, played in six Grand Finals for the Bulls – winning four – and was a Division 1 premiership captain at Bundoora in 1995 and 1996.

Robinson will be in attendance at Montmorency’s junior registration day this Sunday.

Montmorency JFC wished to thank Martin Dean for his great service to the club as a junior coach and said it was unfortunate that work commitments will not allow Martin to continue in 2013.
