This initiative has been established as a means of providing support to junior clubs and Auskick centres through the provision of an exclusive team signed jumper to be used as your club pleases – whether through an auction, charity function, fundraiser or on display.
To ensure your club receives a signed jumper:
1. Please go to 
www.carltonfc.com.au/club/community/jumpers-4-juniors and follow the instructions provided.
2. Distribute and promote the above link to everyone associated with your club and centre, particularly Blues fans, encouraging them to complete the simple 1-minute online “Personal Registration” form. (Registrations are open to everyone including players, parents, coaches, support staff, supporters, etc.)
3. Once your club has completed at least 30 unique “Personal Registration” forms, an exclusive team signed jumper will be posted to your nominated address. (please allow 4-6 weeks upon completion for your jumper to be processed and posted)
