The Epping Football Netball Club is seeking enthusiastic, committed and experienced individuals to apply for the Development Squad coaching role for season 2023.
There is real excitement at the club for what the future holds, and we are positive about the development and opportunities for our group of players for our Development Squad in 2023.
All coaches are expected to make a significant and positive contribution to the supportive and inclusive nature of our club
All applicants need to possess and display the following:
– Proven leadership skills having successfully led and developed players.
– A clear focus on modern game styles and philosophies
– Prepared to support the club first culture, that is inclusive of every player
– Excellent communicator on and off the field
– Focused on execution and development and value player/personal development
Our senior coaches will work closely with our Development coach who will bring a positive and collaborative contribution to our football club to benefit all involved and to provide the playing group with a pathway to playing senior football.
All applicants must have a level 1 coaching accreditation.
