Four Pies reach ton

Dayton Callaway, Connor Dalgleish, Ryan Ellis and Matt Pyers will chalk up the century in the black and white on Sunday when Montmorency Black under-16s host Eltham.

All four boys are great ambassadors for the club and always represent Monty with distinction and honor. They are a credit to themselves, their families and the club.

The club is extremely proud of the amount of milestone games that are played at Montmorency, as club loyalty and commitment are a cornerstone of any successful footy club.

This season so far the Montmorency Junior Football Club has had 35 boys bring up milestone games with the club.

This is the first time in the history of Montmorency that four players have celebrated 100 games in the same match.

Matt, Ryan, Connor and Dayton have had outstanding careers at the club and are all highly decorated players.

This Sunday is a critical game for Montmorency Black under-16 side in its quest to play in the 2012 finals and no doubt the entire team will be fully committed to putting on a strong performance to try and give the ‘100 club’ boys a little extra to celebrate after the final siren.

Congratulations to Connor, Matt, Ryan and Dayton on achieving 100 games with the Montmorency Junior Football Club and best wishes on a great day for Sunday.
