Craig Hayes will spend a third season as senior men’s coach at Macleod after being re-appointed by the club last week.

Hayes joined the Roos at the end of the 2021 season following five years as senior men’s coach at Diamond Creek.

He has taken the side to two seventh place finishes in the Melbourne Greyhounds Division 1 competition during his two campaigns with the club.

A club statement said:

The Macleod Football Netball Club are delighted to confirm incumbent senior coach Craig Hayes will continue to lead the club into the 2024 season.

We look forward to Hayesy’s continued focus on developing our group of young players and leveraging his vast experience to push us forward towards finals footy in 2024!
