Home shorts are to be worn by the club that finished higher on the ladder at the end of the home and away season.
Therefore, in all 2nd Semi Finals (1st vs 2nd) the team that finished first on the ladder will wear home shorts.
In all 1st semi finals (3rd vs 4th), the team that finished 3rd on the ladder will wear home shorts.
