Current Senior Coach Rob Maiorana has advised the Club of his desire to take a break from coaching with Rob deciding to have some time off after a long stint in the coaching ranks.
Rob has guided our Club through its most successful period throughout its history and has been the longest serving coach at the Club, delivering back-to-back premierships, a minor premiership and consecutive finals appearances over the last 6 years.
As important as the on-field success was, Rob’s ability to keep the players engaged during the pandemic, two of the most challenging years for all sporting clubs, has provided our Club with stability.
Rob is a premiership player, three-time best and fairest winner and a two-time premiership coach, who will always be welcome at J.E. Moore Park and we are grateful for the impact he has had on our Club.
The Club would like to thank Rob for his time at our Club and his significant contributions on and off the field and we wish him, his wife Antionette and children Lucas, Madeline and Max all the best for the future.
