Finals were played in all three senior grades, with a number of big results taking the weekend by storm.
Bundoora and Northcote Park both recorded wins at Preston City Oval in Division 1, while the Fitzroy Stars advanced to their first NFL Grand Final when they overran Whittlesea in Division 2.
Watsonia claimed its fourth win over Thomastown for the year to claim the final spot in this year’s Division 3 Grand Final.
