The football and netball squads have been selected for this weekend’s WorkSafe AFL Victoria Community Championships.
The Northern Football League’s best footballers and netballers will head to Rye’s RJ Rowley Reserve on Saturday to play the Mornington Nepean Football Netball League.
The action commences with the netball under-19 match from 11am, where the NFL’s young stars will be hoping to back up last week’s 19-goal win against the Southern Football Netball League.
The open netball match will follow at 12:25pm, where the NFL’s open team will be looking to uphold its undefeated representative record.
The first bounce in the under-19 football match will take place at 11:15am, before the seniors go to battle at 2pm.
