NFNL Flashbacks – 2019 Division 2 grand final

It was the best finish to a grand final in NFNL history.

Goalless to three-quarter time, Lower Plenty managed to overcome red-hot favourite Eltham and torrential weather to secure the most dramatic premiership win imaginable.

The Bears kicked three unanswered majors in the final term to claim the come-from-behind win, hitting the front for the very first time on the final siren courtesy of a goal to Ben Paterson with the last kick of the day.
