The Northern Football Netball League (NFNL) is delighted to confirm the appointment of Paul Millet as a Board Director.
Paul is no stranger to the NFNL community having served as president of the St Mary’s Football Netball Club from 2015 to 2019 and has also acted as a tribunal advocate for the club over numerous seasons.
Millet is also a life membership with the St Mary’s Greensborough Junior Football Club and the West Preston-Lakeside Football Club. He currently holds a senior management position within the Victorian Government.
Millet says he’s excited about joining the league as a Board Director.
“I’ve been involved in the league over a number of years in various roles and have observed the continued growth and professionalism of the NFNL,” Millet said.
“I look forward to helping implement the league’s strategic objectives and supporting the clubs and participants as best as I can.”
Millet says his experience with managing junior and senior football clubs will be an asset to the board and support informed decision making for the NFNL’s clubs.
“I am sure that my professional experience will add value to board operations, particularly from a risk management, innovation and strategy perspective.
“I’m excited to join the NFNL board and help support the clubs, players and volunteers of this great league.”
With his outstanding record of leadership, governance experience, and deep community involvement, the NFNL looks forward to Paul’s contribution on the board and believes he will be an asset to the future direction of the NFNL.
