Watsonia Sporting Club is seeking suitable applicants for the position of Senior Assistant Coach in 2022 and beyond.
This can be a playing or non playing role
Watsonia competes in the Northern Football Netball League Division 2 competition.
As a minimum the applicant should exhibit the following skills and attributes:
• Uncompromising approach and results driven
• Modern game plan and can teach a playing group to follow it
• Nurture youth development and progress young talent
• Inspire confidence in each other and create elite team environment
• Professional approach and absolute commitment
• Ability to work within a coaching group as led by the Senior coach
• Help develop a strong culture of success and mateship
• Have a support structure of assistants
