The Wallan senior women’s football team is seeking a head coach for the 2025 NFNL senior women’s season.
Coaching applicants must demonstrate:
– The ability to teach the fundamentals of AFLW through game-based scenarios
– Capability to develop players with different levels of experience and ability
– A strong understanding of modern strategies and tactics of AFLW
– Proven ability to create a team culture that is both enjoyable and inclusive
Successful applicants will possess a positive outlook, be a great communicator and motivator, and be hands-on with coaching
