Senior Teams | April 12-13 | Northern Football Netball League

The selected teams are in for this week’s NFNL senior football matches.

Brock Chircop and Dane Whitnall are two of six changes for North Heidelberg as they take on a Bundoora side who welcome back John Jorgensen.

South Morang premiership duo Joshua D’Intinosante and Nathan Stefanile return as they take on Montmorency. William Jenkin and Corey Sleep are back for the Magpies.

Harrison Andronaco and Riley Loton have been included for Greensborough and Banyule respectively ahead of their battle, while both West Preston-Lakeside and Heidelberg will be boosted by some massive VFL listed inclusions, such as Sam Glover for the Roosters and Ben De Bolfo for the Tigers.

Some captains return in the Eltham and Hurstbridge clash, with both Lane Sinclair and Ethan Taylor named for their respective sides.

Dominic Akuei will miss for St Mary’s as they prepare to take on a Panton Hill outfit that will be without captain Samuel Parks.

Joshua Turner (Lower Plenty) and Michael Hurley (Macleod are also ruled out for their respective sides, while Blake Watson returns from VFL duty for Whittlesea as they host Watsonia.

Andrew Otten will play his first match of the season for Ivanhoe in their important battle with Heidelberg West, meanwhile Billy Barden will debut for Reservoir as they travel to Old Eltham Collegians, although it comes at the expense of Levi Greenwood who won’t feature.

Epping skipper Leigh Judd is in for their massive match against Laurimar. the Power will miss Stephen McCallum.

Selected teams for the NFNL Women’s competition will be named in the lead-up to Sunday’s matches.
