The selected teams are in for this week’s NFNL senior football matches.
Jared Crosbie and Brent Harvey headline the inclusions for North Heidelberg when they take on Hurstbridge, but the Bulldogs will be without Hamish Murphy, Fraser Rosman and Jesse Tardio for the clash.
The Bridges will have some big names of their own in Kye Agosta, Thomas Hird and Cameron Wild unavailable on Saturday.
Heidelberg captain Keenan Posar is back as his side travel to face an Eltham team who be without Jesse Donaldson.
Banyule will bring in Nicholas Biscontin, Sam McLarty and Jack Sammartino as they look to get back on the winners list against West Preston-Lakeside while Charlie Bowes and Kristian Ferronato will both miss Greensborough’s top five battle with Montmorency.
Haydon Manuel returns for Macleod in their must win clash with Bundoora. Darcy Hogg will miss for the Roos while Nelson Lane has been selected for the Bulls.
Captain Tye Hall and winger James Traianou have been ruled out for South Morang as they host Diamond Creek, who will also be without their skipper Nathan Searl.
St Mary’s will go in unchanged for their finals defining contest with Thomastown while the Bears have made one change.
Kaiden Arthur headlines the additions to Laurimar’s lineup in their huge relegation battle with Watsonia. The Power will miss Cooper Herbert, while the Saints have made four changes, with Rayden Garrard and James Haber returning.
Billy Barden takes his place in Lower Plenty’s team to face Panton Hill, and Jaron Murphy is back for Whittlesea when they travel to Northcote Park, although the Eagles will not have Lucas Hobbs at their disposal.
Sam Gilmore will play his first game since Round 14 in what will be a welcome inclusion for Old Paradians ahead of their qualifying final against an unchanged Mernda side.
Old Eltham Collegians will be without Bradyn Taglieri in their elimination final against Epping, as the Blues welcome back Michael Gillard.
Selected teams for the NFNL Women’s competition will be named in the lead-up to Sunday’s finals.
