Two of the NFNL’s junior representative football teams remain undefeated heading into Round 3 of the 2018 AFL Victoria Metro Junior Championships.
The Under-14 A Boys team scored a four-goal win against the Yarra Junior Football League, whilst the B team fell short by 20 points in a competitive game at Bulleen Park.
The Under-15 Girls Division 1 team also continued their winning form as they look to defend last year’s premiership, with a solid game against South Metro Junior Football League resulting in a 25-point win.
The Under-15 Girls Division 2 team whilst gallant suffered a defeat in their game earlier at Highett Reserve.
Despite their best efforts, the two Under-15 Boys teams suffered heavy defeats against the Yarra Junior Football League at Coventry Oval.
Round 3 of the Championships will be played on Monday June 11.
