Kilmore Junior Football Club is seeking an experienced coach for the club’s Under-17.5 side ahead of the 2024 season.
KJFC is committed to further developing our U17.5 players to reach their full potential both on and off the field their final season of Junior football while preparing them for the move onto Senior football.
Our continually growing club is looking for someone that will instil our club first culture, continue building relationships with players, families and sponsor’s.
With exciting new developments for the 2024 within the football department the successful candidate will have access to resources that will assist in developing and broadening their coaching.
Applicants should possess leadership skills that enable their players to develop their skills, have high standards that reflect our emphasis on development of our players as people as well as footballers.
This will be a paid position, with remuneration to be set based on past experience.
They will work closely with our Football department and Senior club in preparation to transition players to Senior football.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate:
• Minimum requirement is Level 1 coaching accreditation
• Ability to show strong knowledge and experience in the game
• Ability to develop and instil a cohesive game plan
• A high level of organisational leadership
• Ability to develop players
• Ability to work with other coaches, including assistants within the club
