The Northern Football Netball League is saddened by the passing of Joy Lee.
Joy was a long-serving junior president at the Lalor Football Club, where she was also inducted as a life member.
Joy was highly regarded throughout the NFNL community and in 2018 was a guest speaker at the NFNL’s Women of the North Night.
During her presentation she provided a great insight into her experiences as a long-standing club president, where she proved a trailblazer for females in a previously male-dominated industry.
The NFNL sends its deepest condolences to Joy’s family and the Lalor Football Club.
