Senior Teams | July 21-23 | Northern Football Netball League

The selected teams are in for this week’s NFNL senior football matches.

Brayden Sier is one of three inclusions for Heidelberg in their huge Grand Final re-match with Bundoora. Fellow premiership players Dylan Clarke and Keenan Posar are also in while the Bulls welcome back Brent Marshall.

Greensborough captain Jack Johnston is back for his side’s trip to Banyule. Joel Trudgeon also returns while Kurt Aylett is back for the Bears.

Both Montmorency and Hurtsbridge bring in key players in the lead up to their clash at Montmorency Park North Oval. The Magpies welcome Ryan Gardner and Darcy Porter while the Bridges have selected Kye Agosta.

Macleod meanwhile have made seven changes ahead of their trip to Whittlesea.

Thomastown will be without captain Anthony Capeci or Coaches MVP Award leader Tyrone Leonardis in their massive battle with Northcote Park. The Bears will have Aaron D’Angelo and James Rizzolio back in their disposal while the Cougars will miss Rory Patterson.

South Morang welcome back Bailey Brown and Nathan Stefanile when they host Eltham, with the Panthers selecting Jason McCormick and Anton Woods.

Jake Dambrauskas (St Mary’s) and Luke Lirosi (Epping) have been included in their respective sides this weekend.

Matthew Keys will suit up for just the second time for Old Eltham Collegians in their battle with Laurimar, the Power will be without Joel Lawson.

Shannon Bennett and Dayne Kellett will miss Mernda’s match with Reservoir while Krystopher Douglas and Rory McIntyre return for Kinglake.

Selected teams for the NFNL Women’s competition will be named in the lead-up to Sunday’s matches.
