Senior Teams | June 25-27 | Northern Football Netball League

The selected teams for this week’s NFNL senior football matches.

Macleod and Greensborough both welcome back key players for their meeting at De Winton Park. Anthony Doherty and Brad Leggett return from injury for the Roos, while Greensborough has included reigning Frank Rosbrook medallist Tom Bell.

Coburg VFL forward Josh D’Intinosante will play his first game for West Preston-Lakeside when the Roosters host in-form Montmorency at J.E. Moore Park.

Jackson Starcevich will play his second game for North Heidelberg, with they key forward named to take on former club Northcote Park at Shelley Reserve.

Bundoora has included Jackson Davies for its trip to the Whittlesea Showgrounds, where the Eagles will be without Mitchell Andrews.

In MC Labour Division 2, both Eltham and Thomastown have named significant inclusions for their match at Eltham Central Park. Tim Currie and Daniel McLinden return for the Panthers, while the Bears have named Tyrone Leonardis and Anthony Capeci.

Brent Stanton returns for ladder-leader Banyule’s home clash against Epping. However, Riley Loton is out of the Bears’ line-up.

Jacob Booth and Hugh Kavanagh will both miss Diamond Creek’s home match against Watsonia, while young gun Tane Cotter returns for St Mary’s short trip to take on Lower Plenty.

In Heidelberg Golf Club Division 3, Tye Hall has been added to South Morang’s line-up for its match against Mernda, while Jacson Cecil returns for Laurimar’s trip to Lalor.

Selected teams for the NFNL Women’s competition will be named in the lead-up to Sunday’s matches.
