The NFL has selected its initial Under-16 girls squad for the 2014 Junior Metropolitan Championships.
The NFL will be fielding five teams at the Championships this season, with two U/14 and U/15 sides and a Youth Girls squad.
Congratulations to the players who have been selected to trial for the Under-16 girls NFL Junior Representative teams.

PLEASE NOTE: Additional players may be added to the initial squads in coming weeks. Those players will be notified by representative staff should they be included.
The Championships showcase some of our and other leagues best footballers. The selection process will be transparent with every boy /girl given the best opportunity to be selected.
Please note that your selection to attend the squad training does not automatically guarantee you a spot in the team as players will be added or removed from the squad as the selectors deem appropriate.
The NFL has been competing in this event for many years. The teams will be selected with the view of providing the NFL with the best opportunity to be competitive across all age groups.
Training starts Monday, March 17 at Barling Reserve from 6:30 – 7:30pm.
Players to bring along boots, runners, training attire, drink bottle and own footy with name clearly marked.
