The Northern Blues and Northern Knights are hosting their third annual Testing and Development Clinics this upcoming school holidays.
For the first time, there will be two separate events, individually catered towards junior girls and boys between 11-15 years old.
What participants can expect from the clinic:
• AFL Combine Style Fitness Testing – with individualised report for each participant
• Education sessions on nutrition for high performance and injury prevention as taught at the Knights / Blues, run by qualified high performance staff
• Visits from a current AFL/AFLW player + learn about the TAC Cup Talent Pathway
• Skill Development & craft session run by Northern Blues & Northern Knights coaches
