The selected teams for this week’s NFNL senior football matches.

Montmorency has named Matthew White and Jake Potter for its home clash against ladder-leader Macleod at Montmorency Park.

Reid Brandt returns for the ladder-leader for his first game since Round 8, with the forward one of three inclusions alongside Shane Doherty and Hayden Seivers. However, the Roos will be without injured trio Brad Leggett, Patrick Martin and Jack Bianchin.

Greensborough is etching closer to full strength, with Matthew Haynes named for the top-five clash against Heidelberg at War Memorial Park.

Hurstbridge will be without Travis Cloke and Tom Simpson when it takes on third-placed North Heidelberg. The Bulldogs have named an unchanged line-up as they hunt their seventh win in succession.

NFNL representative forward Liam McVeigh is back for West Preston-Lakeside in its home match against Northcote Park. The Cougars will be without Bronik Davies and Brock McLennan, although Tyson Old has been named after a month on the sidelines.

Bundoora regains Jai Burns and Nick Grabowski, however Josh Iacobaccio and Andrew Sturgess will be missing from the clash with Whittlesea at Yulong Reserve. The Eagles regain Jaron Murphy.

In A Plus Labour Solutions Division 2, Eltham has named Gavan Connelly for his first game of the year. The multiple best and fairest winner is joined in the Panthers’ line-up by Tim Currie, Josh Merkel and Adam Brovedani.

Jai Norman returns for Diamond Creek’s important top-four match against Lower Plenty at Coventry Oval. The Bears will be without Coaches MVP leader Tom Keys.

Thomastown travels to Watsonia without Salvatore Mamone and Sashe Spiroski, while Adam Barclay and Riley Keath will both miss Banyule’s match against Epping.

In Heidelberg Golf Club Division 3, Marcus Webb and Thomas de Sousa return for Kilmore’s trip to Laurimar.

Heidelberg West will be without Daniel Bailey, Justin Bentley, Kyl Ewart, Alex Purtell and Zach Tranter when it hosts South Morang at Heidelberg Park.

The teams are also in for this weekend’s ANZ NFNL Women’s finals to be played at Epping Recreation Reserve.

All qualifying finals will be played on Saturday, with the elimination finals to follow on Sunday.
