Lower Plenty Football Netball Club is seeking players for their senior women’s team ahead of the 2023 season.
After some tough years, thanks to the effects of Covid, the team is now rebuilding and starting afresh.
Newly appointed coaches Stew Lewis and Brett Temple are bringing a fresh new philosophy and approach to the team. Their goal is for everyone to have fun in an environment where training will cater for all abilities.
The team will work together to map out their own reality and become a dynamic and enjoyable place to play. All women who are interested in playing AFL are welcome to join in.
No experience? No worries! The coaches are more than happy to teach the skills needed.
Our pre-season training takes place on Wednesday’s at 6pm at the Lower Plenty Primary School Oval (Prosperity Rd, Lower Plenty). Anyone is welcome to come down and have a look, meet the coaches and join in with no obligation. Please bring runners and a water bottle.
