Premiership coach signs on with Tigers

Published on Friday, September 29, 2023

Heidelberg Football Netball Club has confirmed the re-appointment of premiership coach Vin Dattoli as senior men’s coach for the 2024 season.

After stints at West Preston-Lakeside and Lower Plenty, Dattoli replaced 2022 premiership coach Danny Nolan 12 months ago, after serving as his assistant during last year’s successful campaign.

This season, he led the Tigers to an impressive 16-1-1 home and away record, before taking them to their 22nd flag in the NFNL competition, defeating Bundoora in last week’s Grand Final by 23 points.

It was Dattoli’s second premiership as coach, after taking the Roosters to glory in 2010.
